Partnership consists of enterprises, non-governmental organizations and educational organizations from several European countries. The aim of this partnership is complex aid and support for the target group of the project – adults with special attention to adult migrants. This aid and support will concern social integration and vocational activation. To achieve this objective, partnership will pick up many different activities, which together will state complex product of the project. Partnership plans to elaborate on-line consultancy service with e-Learning course which will be useful for adults, in particular adult migrants in process of their social integration and vocational activation. There will be also a research among them, which will serve for elaboration of the guide. Subject of the guide will be the situation of project’s target group in the society. It will be distributed in the project’s area of activity. Besides, partnership will also promote use of new technologies in long life learning.

Partners

The partners will elaborate a method of effective and dynamic communication despite that they act in different geographical, cultural and lingual environments. Partners will try to collect the best elements of each partner’s country culture and mentality to find the best method of communication and cooperation. Effective cooperation and communication will be also ensured by use of one language (English) as the language of working group. he partnership plans several meetings, during which will be discussed the most important aspects and they will be useful in progress of work. The meetings will be the time to review and evaluate up to date activities, plan tasks for the next months with details, and resolve problematic issues. After each meeting there will be minutes created which will include all the issues discussed during the meeting and a table with tasks and deadlines. Partners will also contact by e-mail, phones and by the message board, which will be a part of the on-line consultancy service. Coordinator will make decisions after consulting with partners, they will be made in democratic way with regard on partner’s solutions and opinions. Partners will do their best to make their cooperation effective and dynamic.

Project responds to the objective “to assist people from vulnerable social groups and in marginal social contexts, in particular older people and those who have left education without basic qualifications, in order to give them alternative opportunities to access adult education” because it is addressed for adults with particular attention of adult migrants. They are for sure vulnerable social group. Project will give them alternative opportunities to access adult education by creation of on-line consultancy service and organization of meetings connected with workshops.

Project responds on objective “to facilitate the development of innovative practices in adult education and their transfer, including from a participating country to others” because it states creation of on-line consultancy service and promotion of its service among target group. This is innovative practice in adult education, which could be transferred to other countries after implementation of this project.

Project responds on objective “to support the development of innovative ICT-based content, services, pedagogies and practice for lifelong learning”. In framework of the project there will be elaborated the on-line consultancy service with e-learning course “Active Adult” which will allow users to know this method of learning. Subject of this course will be how to be active and find own place in the society. E-Learning course „Active Adult” will be helpful and useful for the target group. It will teach it about how to apply for the job (writing motivation letters and CV), how to present in a good way, and about good working, time management and social integration. Important part will be course about founding own economical activity. It will also help in describing professional profile of user, what will be helpful in process of finding a job.
