Project Duration: 2024–2027
Funding: Erasmus+

Project Overview
4C‑FUTURE develops an innovative methodology to help secondary school students (ages 13–17) master Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, and Critical Thinking (the 4Cs) through experiential learning and gamification. The project also incorporates media and information literacy to enrich the teaching approach—helping students not only build core skills, but also learn to think critically about digital content, sources, and online communication. This deepens the impact of the learning experience and equips young people for the challenges of the digital age.
Key Objectives & Outputs
- A comprehensive 4C-FUTURE methodology combining gamification, experiential learning, and inclusive classroom practices.
- A blended training model for teachers—mixing face-to-face workshops, online modules, and in-class application.
- A game-based toolset with comprehensive teacher guides to facilitate 4C learning in the classroom.
- An online platform offering training resources and fostering collaborative professional development.
- Pilot testing in partner schools to refine methods and validate real-world effectiveness.
- Multiplier events and networking opportunities to ensure project sustainability and broad reach.
Upcoming Co-Design Activities
- Feedback & Methodology Development
Partners will organize short co-design workshops with teachers to collect feedback on the draft methodology and test basic experiential and gamified approaches. - Game Development Workshop
A 3-day international workshop will train project partners to design educational games for developing the 4Cs. This will lead to the creation of several pilot games, later tested in classrooms. - Educational games design
After completing the training, teachers will create several educational games under the guidance of experienced trainers, which they will test in their classrooms with students. The final games will be included among the official project outputs.
