EPMA and its partners are at the forefront of creating and disseminating innovative educational methodologies and tools. Our latest initiatives are designed to enhance the learning experience for students across various levels of education, from primary to higher vocational schools, and even include specialized approaches for students with learning disabilities. This is possible via development of trainings, methodologies and models for educators. Let’s delve into our latest offerings that are ready also for your target groups.
Bringing Agility to Education
The Agile2Learn project heralds a groundbreaking approach by integrating agile project management, agile pedagogy, and project-based learning. This comprehensive method, detailed in the Agile2Learn Curriculum, fosters smaller team collaborations, enhances speed and adaptability, boosts creativity, and improves communication skills among students. Notably, it has shown remarkable results in engaging students with learning disabilities, providing them with a fresh perspective on teamwork and project delivery.
Educators can deepen their understanding and application of this method through the Agile2Learn Blended Training Course. Moreover, the Agile2Learn Communities of Practice platform serves as a vibrant space for educators to share best practices and experiences, further enriching this innovative educational approach.

Blended Learning Redefined
A3Learning represents an innovative blended learning approach titled “Learning Anywhere, Anytime, from Anyone.” This method is especially designed for teachers of students aged 11-16 years, blending presential and online teaching to meet the needs of contemporary learners. The A3Learning Competence Model lays the foundation for this novel approach, complemented by a comprehensive training program covering five key competences:
- Creating and Modifying Digital Resources,
- Differentiation and Personalization,
- Teaching with Technology,
- Analysing Evidence and Feedback,
- Planning.
Starting in April, teacher groups from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Italy, and Portugal will pilot this program, paving the way for the A3Learning Community—a collaborative space for teachers, students, and parents to share successes and challenges in implementing this forward-thinking educational model. More information and access will be available on the A3L project website.
